SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products purchased through the Website will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the checkout process in the "Shipping Details" section.
All purchases are delivered via standard postal services or express courier (hereinafter referred to as the "Courier"), from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and national holidays. Essentzia shall not be held responsible for delays that are unforeseeable or beyond its control.
For untracked shipments, Essentzia cannot be held responsible for the loss of parcels during transit.
Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, ordered Products will be delivered within ten (10) business days starting from the day following the date on which Essentzia confirmed the order via order confirmation email.
The above-mentioned 10-business-day delivery period applies to both domestic and international shipments, with the exception of countries outside the European Union, where delivery times may be extended due to local customs clearance procedures.
