Cancellation Policy

Some products available in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or through a "Try Before You Buy" option. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you selected.

Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it at any time.

You can modify or cancel your subscription whenever you wish. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, which you can use to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will become available shortly.

At checkout, we may either:

  • Not collect any payment at all,

  • Collect only a partial deposit and securely store your payment method,

and then process the order and charge the full amount, or the remaining balance, at a later date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled; however, you may be entitled to request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When purchasing an item through the "Try Before You Buy" option, we will pre-authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.

You will have a specified period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item.

At the end of this period, if the item has not been returned, the full purchase amount will be charged to your payment method.
