Terms and Conditions of Sale
(Pursuant to Chapter I, Title III, Part III of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended and supplemented)
1. INTRODUCTION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions") govern the purchase of products and services made remotely and made available via the internet through the website essentziacoffee.it (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), in compliance with Italian legislation, including Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended and supplemented (hereinafter referred to as the "Consumer Code").

(hereinafter referred to as "Essentzia").
Any consumer accessing the Website to make purchases (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") is required, before submitting an order, to carefully read these General Conditions, which are available on the Website and may be consulted at any time through the link contained in the order confirmation email, allowing the Customer to reproduce and store them.
If the person making purchases through the Website requests the issuance of an invoice and/or is not a "consumer or user" as defined in Article 3, paragraph 1(a) of the Consumer Code, the provisions relating to the right of withdrawal set out in Articles 7 and 8 of these General Conditions, as well as any provisions of the Consumer Code applicable exclusively to consumers, shall not apply.
Contracts concluded with Essentzia through the Website are governed by these General Conditions and Italian law. The languages available for concluding the contract are Italian and English. The language may be changed by the user through the language selector available on the main pages of the Website.
2. CHOOSING AND ORDERING PRODUCTS
The characteristics and prices of the various products offered for sale on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Product" or "Products") are described on the page dedicated to each Product.
To purchase Products, the Customer must complete and submit the electronic order form by following the instructions provided on the Website. The Customer must add the Product to the "Cart" and, after reviewing and accepting these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, must enter shipping and billing information (where applicable), select the preferred payment method, and confirm the order.
By submitting an order through the Website, which constitutes a contractual offer, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have reviewed all information provided during the purchasing process and fully accept these General Conditions and payment conditions. Receipt of the contractual offer by Essentzia will be confirmed by a summary confirmation email.
Following confirmation of receipt of the contractual offer, the Customer has two (2) hours to modify the submitted order by promptly notifying Essentzia at:
Once the two-hour period has elapsed, the order will enter production and may no longer be modified by the Customer.
Upon receipt of the order, Essentzia will verify stock availability to fulfill the order (in the case of roasted coffee, this verification concerns the availability of the necessary quantity of green coffee beans in stock).
If one or more Products are unavailable, Essentzia Customer Service will promptly notify the Customer by email. Within the following twelve (12) hours, the Customer may confirm shipment of the available Products or cancel the order.
If no response is received within this timeframe, the order shall be deemed confirmed and the available Products will be shipped.
In such cases, the full amount relating to unavailable Products will be refunded or, depending on the payment method selected, will not be charged to the Customer.
The contract between Essentzia and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance of the order by Essentzia.
Such acceptance is communicated through an order shipment confirmation email containing:

a reference to these General Conditions;

the order number;

shipping and billing details;

a list of the Products ordered and their essential characteristics;

the total price, including delivery charges.
Any emails sent prior to shipment of the Products shall not constitute implicit or explicit acceptance of the order.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Information and characteristics relating to the Products are available on the Website.
The visual representation of Products on the Website, where available, generally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the product description.
Such images are provided solely for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the Product's actual characteristics and quality, which may differ, for example, in colour or size.
In the event of any discrepancy between the image and the written product description, the written product description shall prevail.
4. PRICES AND SHIPPING
Product prices include all applicable taxes and duties.
All prices are expressed in Euros (€).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system and displayed to the Customer before payment.
The indicative shipping rates currently applied may be modified at any time.
In the event of any discrepancy between shipping costs displayed elsewhere on the Website and those calculated during checkout, the shipping costs calculated during checkout shall prevail.
No refund shall be due if the shipping rates calculated during checkout are higher than those previously displayed.
5. PAYMENT METHODS AND INVOICING

The Customer may pay for the Products and related delivery costs by Credit Card or PayPal.

To ensure maximum security, all transactions are processed directly through the payment gateway provider.
The Website does not store the Customer's credit card details and therefore cannot be held liable for any fraudulent use of such payment instruments.
PAYPAL
Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal website, where payment may be completed using a PayPal account, a credit or debit card (including prepaid cards), or any other payment method accepted by PayPal, in accordance with PayPal's applicable terms and conditions.
5.2 ORDER INVOICING
Where the purchase is made by a business or professional customer, an invoice may be requested by sending billing details, including Tax Code and/or VAT Number, to:
In such cases, the invoice will be sent by email to the address provided.
The professional customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the billing information supplied and is expressly informed that if an invoice is not requested at the time the order is placed, it will not be possible to request one at a later stage.
