Our Chabela decaf comes from the Chiapas region in Mexico, cultivated between 1,100 and 1,300 meters and composed of Arabica varieties such as Bourbon, Typica, and Garnica.
Thanks to the water decoffeeination process, over 99% of caffeine is removed while keeping the aromas and quality of the bean intact.

In the cup, it offers a balanced profile with light spicy notes, hints of dark chocolate and muscovado sugar, ideal for those who want to drink coffee even in the evening without compromising on taste.
